Our bronze package is designed to introduce you to our system and bring you lots of referrals from our 391,000 monthly hits. We market heavily in a range of ways both on and off line to ensure our brand brings you business opportunities. This package is best suited to those that have some knowledge of villa rental and want to handle customer enquiries themselves and collection of the customer from the airport on arrival at your villa. It provides EXCELLENT value for money with a fee of just £20 to list your villa to all of our valued customers!
The silver package is a more substantial service with a full ecommerce solution advert on our website. We will handle all customer enquiries and refer them to you for availability and then deal fully with the customer securing all money from them through our accounting system and then paying over to you. This system takes the headache away from you in collecting cash and enables the customer to pay with a credit card in staged payments rather than all up front by cheque or bank transfer. It protects you from customer credit problems and bank charges for currency exchange etc. Every booking taken sends an automated email and SMS text message to your mobile phone telling you we have a booking!
The gold package provides all the benefits of the silver package but opens up your villa to more specific searches on the internet through FREE placement in our specific holiday sections; golf, weddings/honeymoons, culture, history and beach holidays. The package also entitles you to FULL in resort management of your property securing representative services such as collection of customers from the airport, key handling services, welcome packs for customers, cleaning internally and externally and maintenance requirements. We can also provide advice on insurance of your villa against damage and maintenance problems. This package takes all the hassle away from you and puts the onus on us to manage everything for you. All you have to do is count your booking revenue!!
This is our premium service. It includes the gold package benefits and a full ecommerce website of your own. You are free to select from 84 website designs. The website allows you to point your own enquiries to your website and prevents them from seeing others on our main website that they may book instead of yours! It also allows customers to pay over the internet through your own website with a credit card to a secure Barclays bank merchant account. We handle the transaction for you and then pass the revenue to you! You can then choose to take our assistance on handling the guest in resort or you can handle them yourself. We will still handle all customers that are secured from the main VIPvillas website on your behalf and maintain and clean your villa for you.
- The affiliate programme. We have a dedicated team building our own network of sites spreading our brand and knowledge of your villas. We are also members of a UK National affiliate network
- PPC campaign. We don’t list and leave. We market; and we do it effectively through analysis and understanding.
- Search engine optimisation. We never take our eye off this and constantly improve to ensure we come out on the first page for key search terms.
- Targeted villa collection. The ethos of this is simple. Provide a user-friendly experience on the net and the customer will return. Our site is configured with the end user in mind. The standard of our villas is deliberately high. We will not market villas that don’t meet our requirements. That way we can target our marketing more effectively than a listing site that has villas and apartments of all descriptions on it. They are not targeting, they are scattering their budget. More target means more bookings for our villa owners.
- Live time booking facilities. List and leave means lost bookings. Capture your customer at the point of sale; we can provide you with live time booking facilities not only on our site but on others too. Your own booking engine and availability calendar; all thrown in to the one package. We facilitate this with a low booking capture fee, this reduces fear with a smaller amount to pay for the customer, reduces risk of fraud and leaves you in control of your clients subsequent billing. Whichever way you want to collect the money you can. We’re flexible, its your customer!
